Just a quick note to remind you about the 2006 Agel’s “Run with the Horses” promotion. The Agel promotion goes from Sept. 1, 2006, to Dec. 31, 2006 and includes the two of the following prizes for qualifying winners:
1. Agel team member(s) to develop at least five personally enrolled, newly promoted managers during the course of the promotion will receive $USD 2000.
2. The team member to develop the most personally enrolled, newly promoted managers during the course of the promotion will be awarded a 2007 Ford Mustang. The winner may select a convertible or hardtop in the color of their choosing.

Paul here. Well, it finally happened. Randy Schroeder and Randy Gage both beat me to Triple Diamond. And, I love it. What a great business. This is just more validation of the fairness and stability of our Agel business model. Just because I sit on top of the entire worldwide organization does not mean that I make the biggest check. In fact, mine is only the 4th largest in the company. It is a great thing having such excellent people in this business and I am thankful to all of you that work hard each day to build your Agel business.

When it comes to multi-level marketing, your downline is everything. Just having a big downline isn’t enough, however. One of the Agel success secrets, especially among Gel Diamonds, is that you focus on building a large downline of successful people. Even a huge downline of people who are going to do little or nothing to build their Agel business won’t help you to become a Gel Diamond!
First, seek people who have positive attitudes. Attitude counts a lot when building any business and a positive attitude is contagious. This means that a potential downline member with a positive attitude will have the ability to pass that positive attitude on to their downline.A positive attitude is the beginning of an Agel success story.
