Hi Guys,

I’m sitting in a Starbucks café on Piccadilly Street in London. I’ll be wrapping up my EU tour with an ABB here tonight. It has been a wonderful trip, and a great chance to meet some of our emerging European leaders. And a great time to reflect on the adventure we been on for the last year as we’ve brought Agel to life?

I remember when it all began for me, with a PBR in my home with only five people attending. Then the first ABB when Eric Worre came down. He brought a stack of tickets to the Leadership Summit we had scheduled the very next month in Chicago.

We encouraged people to drop whatever they had planned and get to that event. We made a very bold statement at the time. We said more millionaires would be created in that room than any other meeting that had been held in MLM.

Pretty audacious don’t you think?

But we were adamant, and suggested anyone check back in five years to see. Well it’s only been one year, and there is some pretty interesting evidence developing…

Of course Randy Schroeder, Eric and myself have developed million-dollar-plus residual incomes since that meeting. But many people expected that to happen no matter what. But some other intriguing developments have also taken place.

Ann and David Feinstein were there, and of course they went on to become Diamond Directors. They now have an income most people are afraid to even dream about.

Ivan Sisco who was there with a group is now a Corporate Director with Agel, and locked in to the millionaire track. And he can trace all of the key events that made that happen to the initial group he took to Chicago.

Sarah and Tony Zolecki were there, but back then they were Sarah Strom and Tony Zolecki, and they had never met. But evidently love was in the air along with prosperity, and they went on to become husband and wife, and Corporate Directors as well! They would be the first to tell you that Chicago started a chain reaction of events that put their lives, their business and their financial freedom, on the fast track to reality.

Two of the people at the original South Florida ABB were a couple guys I play softball with; Billy Looper and Wes Anderson. They bought a stack of tickets for the Chicago event and promoted it hard. They understood the magnitude of what would take place.

And of course by now you have probably heard, they just joined the exclusive club of Diamond Directors with Agel Enterprises. That’s exciting of course, but even more exciting to me, is the fact that they had no experience in the business before! And now make more money in a month, than a whole lot of people earn in a year.

There are lots more stories from Chicago, but you get the point. So where will we be in another four years? I don’t know exactly but I’m confident we’ll have succeeded in our goal of creating more new millionaires from that initial meeting than any other.

Of course from Chicago, what our leaders did was build to the next big event, the Agel Launch. And from there, they keyed on the next major affair, the first Go Diamond Weekend. Which of course birthed the next generation of Agel leaders:

Antonio Adair, Dr. Tim Berry, Julie Mirr, Melanie Mills, Rob and Rivers Corbett, Kobi Avisar and Gitit and Hanan from Israel, and a whole bunch of other emerging leaders you haven’t heard about yet. But you will.

So why do I tell you all this?

Because registration is now open for the second “Go Diamond Weekend” and you simply have to be there. No matter the cost, no matter the timing, no matter the distance. Because this event will be the defining moment; the one that delineates the crossover from upstart new launch to industry powerhouse that rolls into prominence as that special kind of company that comes around only every 20 or 25 years. The kind of company that redefines an industry, blows up the status quo and sets a new standard, which all the following companies must strive for.

In short, we are entering the moment when Agel Enterprises breaks into the mass consciousness and emerges as the next big thing, and enters the exponential growth phase. Enters the time when the legacy positions get locked in.

Now of course because of the speed, scale, and scope of our international expansion, it is likely to be decades before Agel hits the maturity phase. But make no mistake, the owners of the legacy positions for the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Israel and some other countries are going to be determined by what happens in the next year or two.

And the legacy positions in places like Russia, Ukraine, most of Asia and the new EU markets are going to be determined by who gets to “Go Diamond Weekend” and gets integrated into the new training, systems and infrastructure that will be unveiled there.

One of the other big things that will take place at “Go Diamond Weekend” is an assimilation of all our new international leaders. This is the first major event since we began pre-launch operations in the EU and some other countries. This will be our chance to get everyone connected with one global vision of how we build the team. It will be an opportunity for you to connect with the leaders in markets you may have some contacts, and would love to have a group in.

So whether you want to only build in your home country, or you want a business around the world, you simply must get to “Go Diamond Weekend.” Frankly the people who attend this event will have a six-month head start on those that don’t. Greetings to each of you. In a leadership session I conducted last week while in Israel, I prefaced the discussion with this simple question… Are you willing to be coached?

I then went through a series of action steps, steps which can be measured by those in attendance as well as by myself and Agel management. The actions proposed had a single purpose; to allow each team member to become more profitable, more quickly. My agenda for each of you is so very simple. I want you to be effective and efficient. I want you to waste no time, no effort and no money. My simple desire is that each moment you choose to employ in the pursuit of your Agel business, be a moment INVESTED, never spent. I will learn in the coming weeks how willing to be coached the various participants are in FACT… not simply in a moment of fleeting fancy.

My guess is that more than a few become enormously successful as a result of employing those action steps. Some will be moderately successful…not because the steps are not equally effective for all, but because they will waver in commitment at times. Some will wander far from the centerline. Who knows what the outcome will be for that group. My hope is that very large percentages saw the reality of this moment of extreme opportunity and came to share with me the vision that Agel is “Destined for Greatness”…and so each of us can also accomplish something great for ourselves and our families…if we act quickly and become effective in following a proven process.

Now, I would like to ask each of you that same question; How Willing Are YOU To Be Coached? You get a chance to prove that willingness to yourself, to me, to your organization and to Glen Jensen by registering TODAY… NOT TOMORROW, for the upcoming “Go Diamond” conference to be held in San Diego, California.

Over the course of my career, I have learned that there are 3 primary facets of leadership which lead to empowerment. The facets are:

2: Motivation. An empowered individual has tapped into an inner source of motivation which enables him to take actions beyond those which he (she) was previously programmed to take.

3: Inspiration. An empowered individual has a correct sense that her past life experiences have prepared her (him) well for the task at hand. That in fact, no one is more well prepared!

My objective for each of you is that you become empowered in your abilities to fully realize the values of Agel, and to live a more abundant life in all respects. There is simply nothing I can offer to you which will speed this process of empowerment as certainly as your participation in Go Diamond!

Now, I have another question for you. Do you want each individual in your organization to likewise gain the abilities to succeed in Agel?

Do you want your team members to be more profitable, more quickly? Do you in fact wish to lead a team of empowered individuals to great and lasting success? If so, I now offer to you a precious key. We all have limiting beliefs, limiting behaviors and limiting habits. Some, we are painfully aware of. Others seem to be hidden. If I promised you that “Go Diamond” would help you begin to move past obstacles which have long prevented dramatic success in various parts of your life… would you act on it? NOW? I do make that promise!

Go Diamond San Diego will prove to be a pivotal event in Agel’s global development. Of that, I am certain. Leadership hierarchies are now being created which will see the largest checks ever in our industry. I SO want YOU to an important part of that hierarchy!

Q: How to Set up and Conduct an Effective Agel PBR?

A: Here is the Process:

• Decide on dates of your first 2 PBRs which should be pre-set days a part… set dates in your planner… “Build it and they will come”.
• Make A-list of prospects and invite them to your home.
• Give the person who is doing your PBR a list of the people you have invited so they may give them a courtesy call and let them know they look forward to meeting them.
• Remove all distractions before presentation (phone, pets, children, etc.)
• Do not move the furniture in the home. Have extra chairs ready in another room to be added when necessary.
• Confirm with your sponsor if they will be doing the PBR or calling in.
• Provide light snacks and beverages.

The Agel PBR (Private Business Review)

• Host welcomes everyone to their home and introduces & edifies the speaker.
• Speaker will provide brief introduction with their story and thank the host. Edify the host and share passion for the product.
• Tell the Agel story and/or use the push play tools for easy duplication.

• Make sure you have seen the tools you plan to use so that you don’t duplicate the information that it presents.
• Remember that “I only want to talk to people who want to talk to me.”
• After the First segment on what Agel is, explain that there will be a short break, after which we will shift gears and have a short introduction about “what we do” as the videos seen so far have been primarily an explanation of “what it is”.
• Now either do a brief personal/upline NMO or use the “What’s Next?” DVD.
• Answer questions.
• Ask if anyone sees an opportunity here?
• Sign up those who are ready to get started.

After the Agel PBR

• It is critical that each person leave the PBR with something to READ, something to LISTEN TO and something to WATCH!
• Set up PBR’s for those who join and have them invite their initial candidate list.
• Set specific time to follow up in 24-48hrs with those who wanted to do research and READ/LISTEN/WATCH prior to enrolling.
• Invite them to an ABB… always know your next step!

Tips for Successful Agel PBRs

• Start on time and be brief.
• Don’t over talk the business.
• Let the tools do the talking.
• Be, act and dress professionally.
• It is our intention to share the opportunity.
• Have the DVD/videos set up and ready to go.
• Have magazines and product samples for each participant.
• Put an application, Luncheon place mat and AGEL Comp Plan Worksheet in each magazine. Can be found in the Hot Business Building Tips section on www.AgelNetwork.com
• Provide pens/ pencils & paper for everyone.

Here’s the latest Agel news, and it’s going to be huge!

Our Agel US upline leaders Gery Craig and Chris Sorensen have just announced they will soon be coming to Agel Europe. In fact, they will be in the EU between October 17 and November 5th, assisting all Agel World Team Leaders who are serious about building their Legacy Position with Agel Europe.

As you know, October, November and December are traditionally the best months in Network Marketing. I trust each of you is already TAKING ACTION to position yourself and take full advantage of the upcoming Agel Europe SLAM Tour, with Chris Sorensen and Gery Craig conducting the events alongside the Agel European leadership.

These Agel EU events can and will have a massive impact on your Agel business. We urge all Agel Distributors in the European markets to obviously attend these events, but even more essentially bring as many guests as possible!

The first major Agel Europe SLAM Event is set for October 21 in Budapest. The remaining dates are still wide OPEN!

If you arrive at Terminal 1, go to Door # 6 for bus marked Agel; if you arrive at Terminal 2 go to door #11 for bus marked Agel. You will be taken direct from the airport to Agel HQ.

Then once you take the tour at Agel HQ, you can take the Agel bus from HQ to downtown Salt Lake City to your hotel.

We have been told that there will be accomodations at Agel HQ to store your suitcases while you are on the tours! Then you can pick them up and take with you on the bus to your hotel.

Destined for greatness. This will be the theme of my presentations at the upcoming AgelWorld International Convention.

I remember with such clarity the first time that I was presented with the idea of attending a convention in the network marketing industry. I can remember the litany of “explanations” (excuses) that I had for my sponsor. They included:

I’m too busy.
I don’t need this.
I want to make money, not spend it.
I don’t need a cheerleading session.
I’ve been to conventions before,
I know what these things are about.

The excuses listed above, I was willing to state aloud. The real reasons I did not plan to go were more about my ego. I thought I was too important, my gosh I thought, I am a senior Vice President of a major New York Stock Exchange brokerage firm. Surely I need not attend such an event.

How lucky I am that my sponsor refused to put up with my arrogance and pretty much forced my attendance. The events of that weekend convention, a weekend I chose to participate in only grudgingly set the stage for my career, a career now recognized as among the most successful in the history on the network marketing industry.

Do What It Takes… For However Long It Takes!

Over the past 16 years, I have learned a lot, and I have come to appreciate the fundamental principles which govern the network marketing industry more and more. I have further come to realize that in order for any of us to have a true financial breakthrough experience in the industry, it is requisite that we put ourselves in front of a company which is in fact destined for greatness.

It is when we, through our efforts and contributions make the realization of that destiny occur more quickly, that wealth is created. I believe with my whole heart and soul, to the very depths of my being that now is such a moment with Agel!

We now find ourselves at the conclusion of the birthing phase of Agel. My expectation is that the coming 3 months will see a Global expansion of our young company which has never before been equaled. My hope, my plea, my prayer for each of you is that you will do all that is required to make “Agel-World” a major springboard for your success.
