Q: How to Set up and Conduct an Effective Agel PBR?

A: Here is the Process:

• Decide on dates of your first 2 PBRs which should be pre-set days a part… set dates in your planner… “Build it and they will come”.
• Make A-list of prospects and invite them to your home.
• Give the person who is doing your PBR a list of the people you have invited so they may give them a courtesy call and let them know they look forward to meeting them.
• Remove all distractions before presentation (phone, pets, children, etc.)
• Do not move the furniture in the home. Have extra chairs ready in another room to be added when necessary.
• Confirm with your sponsor if they will be doing the PBR or calling in.
• Provide light snacks and beverages.

The Agel PBR (Private Business Review)

• Host welcomes everyone to their home and introduces & edifies the speaker.
• Speaker will provide brief introduction with their story and thank the host. Edify the host and share passion for the product.
• Tell the Agel story and/or use the push play tools for easy duplication.

• Make sure you have seen the tools you plan to use so that you don’t duplicate the information that it presents.
• Remember that “I only want to talk to people who want to talk to me.”
• After the First segment on what Agel is, explain that there will be a short break, after which we will shift gears and have a short introduction about “what we do” as the videos seen so far have been primarily an explanation of “what it is”.
• Now either do a brief personal/upline NMO or use the “What’s Next?” DVD.
• Answer questions.
• Ask if anyone sees an opportunity here?
• Sign up those who are ready to get started.

After the Agel PBR

• It is critical that each person leave the PBR with something to READ, something to LISTEN TO and something to WATCH!
• Set up PBR’s for those who join and have them invite their initial candidate list.
• Set specific time to follow up in 24-48hrs with those who wanted to do research and READ/LISTEN/WATCH prior to enrolling.
• Invite them to an ABB… always know your next step!

Tips for Successful Agel PBRs

• Start on time and be brief.
• Don’t over talk the business.
• Let the tools do the talking.
• Be, act and dress professionally.
• It is our intention to share the opportunity.
• Have the DVD/videos set up and ready to go.
• Have magazines and product samples for each participant.
• Put an application, Luncheon place mat and AGEL Comp Plan Worksheet in each magazine. Can be found in the Hot Business Building Tips section on www.AgelNetwork.com
• Provide pens/ pencils & paper for everyone.

I would like to explain my background in network marketing and help you understand the dynamics and magnitude of the opportunity that we have before us in participating in Agel.I was first exposed to the industry of network marketing in 1982 when I sold a weight loss business that I owned to Watkins Inc. Watkins is one of the oldest direct selling/network marketing companies in the industry. For the next 2 years I observed the “inner workings” of network marketing. While intrigued, I did not take action and become a distributor.

Following my Watkins experience I went on to the financial services world, where I was a successful stockbroker at Merrill Lynch and Drexel Burnham Lambert. In February of 1990, my eyes were opened to network marketing in a big way when I met with an industry leader who was affiliated with Nu Skin International.’ That leader’s name was Craig Tillotson. Craig provided information to me which proved to be actionable. I joined him tha t day.

I remember very clearly that Craig showed me his month earnings report, his MONTHLY, not annual earnings were $173,000.00. Not only was Craig earning much more money than I had ever earned, but I became entranced with the quality of that income. I learned that unlike my income experience, Craig had created an income generating machine which had taken on a life of it’s own. Craig taught me three principles of leverage. I realized that I wanted to put them to work for me.

First, Craig showed me that he was earning income on not only his efforts, but that he was earning income on the part time efforts of thousands and the full time efforts of hundreds. It became immediately clear to me that I could never accomplish as one man what this army of people could accomplish. The second form of leverage that I learned about was the leverage of consumption. Craig was earning income not only on the efforts of many, but on the consumption of tens of thousands of hou seholds. The third form of leverage that Craig taught me abo! ut is th e leverage of time zones. I had always earned income up until then only during the typical business day. Craig pointed out that since I had a mortgage and car payments, the interest meter never stopped. I spent money every moment of every day, yet I only earned money between the hours when the New York Stock exchange opened and when it closed. I realized that I would never get where I hoped to go financially until I broke that equation. Craig showed me that not only did he earn income on the efforts of many and the consumption of many, he also earned income around the clock. This was possible since his distributor organization literally spanned the globe!

This set of facts, which became clear and obvious to me caused me to realize that the network marketing industry, while often misunderstood had basic success factors in place which I had never seen or found available to me and to others before. I was blessed over the course of the next 19 months as Craig and other le aders taught me clearly and concisely what the elements are which are required for success in network marketing. I was also taught the activities that I should engage in and abilities that I would need to develop in order to accomplish something great in network marketing.

My experience at Nu Skin was a good one, but a short one. A study of the company history proved to me that an income generating opportunity exists in practically any large and successful network marketing company, but what I sought was the opportunity to create wealth. It became clear to me that this “wealth creating” opportunity is reserved in network marketing for those who join with a fledgling company and become part of the building process. Craig could pass on to me a variety of skills and attitudes. He could not spin the clock back and grant me the opportunity which he had. The chance to be early in the development of Nu Skin was over, period.

I determined that I would attempt to find a fledgling network marketing company where I could apply t! he skill s and knowledge which I had gained. I wanted to find a small company, but I did not want the risks associated with that positioning. I wanted a young company, but I wanted a proven product line. I wanted a small company, but I wanted a proven management team. I wanted a small company, but I demanded to know that adequate capital was available. I know that all of these wants seem to contradict one another. I was lucky. I found a fledgling network marketing company, “Rexall Showcase International”, which had a large successful parent. That combined message, a small company with low entry level risk ..truly I could offer to others the chance to be in early and not suffer the typical risks of a start up company. Positioning early was possible and safe because of the large successful parent, company!

This compelling message resonated with well defined leadership from elsewhere in the network marketing arena. I was able to assemble a group of proven leaders who recognized t he special nature of the opportunity. Of greatest importance, we were successful in causing an entire generation of new leadership to enter the network marketing arena. Professional people, affluent people with options, as well as countless first time entrepreneurs seeking their first success embraced our simple message. And what was that message? “You can be early in the development of a network marketing company, yet not suffer the risks of that positioning”.

Over the next 10 years I earned in Excess of $17,000,000 with Rexall Showcase International. I suppose you could say that I have lived network marketing at the highest level. I ask therefore that you accept what I will now place before you as something more than expressions of my opinion.

• 1: The funding source of Agel is substantial and secure.
• 2: The funding source became available primarily as a result of the Agel product idea. Our industry history proves that those companies which become major factors are those whom innovate, not those who copy. The Agel product initiative sets the company apart from all others, in and out of network marketing.
• 3: Never in the history of network marketing has a management team equal to that of Agel been assembled at the genesis, the very beginning.
• 4: The Agel compensation plan is not just a little bit better than anything currently available in the industry, this represents a quantum leap forward.
• 5: The current assembly of field leadership, while yet small, is a wonderful blend of those with long term success (people like me) and a young dynamic group of members with first success just behind them.
• 6: The combination of factors which are Agel are perfectly assembled to address the rapidly developing network marketing opportunities represented in emerging economies throughout the world.

It is not possible for me to properly describe in a short document what participation in the network marketing industry has meant for me and my family. Truly, my life has been a dream which I could never have imagined. From the bottom of my heart I wish to express how confident and certain I am that a special opportunity now exists for you to likewise break through to a new era of personal and financial success with Agel.
