Greetings to each of you. In a leadership session I conducted last week while in Israel, I prefaced the discussion with this simple question… Are you willing to be coached?
I then went through a series of action steps, steps which can be measured by those in attendance as well as by myself and Agel management. The actions proposed had a single purpose; to allow each team member to become more profitable, more quickly. My agenda for each of you is so very simple. I want you to be effective and efficient. I want you to waste no time, no effort and no money. My simple desire is that each moment you choose to employ in the pursuit of your Agel business, be a moment INVESTED, never spent. I will learn in the coming weeks how willing to be coached the various participants are in FACT… not simply in a moment of fleeting fancy.
My guess is that more than a few become enormously successful as a result of employing those action steps. Some will be moderately successful…not because the steps are not equally effective for all, but because they will waver in commitment at times. Some will wander far from the centerline. Who knows what the outcome will be for that group. My hope is that very large percentages saw the reality of this moment of extreme opportunity and came to share with me the vision that Agel is “Destined for Greatness”…and so each of us can also accomplish something great for ourselves and our families…if we act quickly and become effective in following a proven process.
Now, I would like to ask each of you that same question; How Willing Are YOU To Be Coached? Over the course of my career, I have learned that there are 3 primary facets of leadership which lead to empowerment. The facets are:
1: Education. An empowered individual feels secure in his or her knowledge of the process required for Agel success and success in all areas of life.
2: Motivation. An empowered individual has tapped into an inner source of motivation which enables him to take actions beyond those which he (she) was previously programmed to take.
3: Inspiration. An empowered individual has a correct sense that her past life experiences have prepared her (him) well for the task at hand. That in fact, no one is more well prepared!
My objective for each of you is that you become empowered in your abilities to fully realize the values of Agel, and to live a more abundant life in all respects. There is simply nothing I can offer to you which will speed this process of empowerment as certainly as your participation in Go Diamond!
Now, I have another question for you. Do you want each individual in your organization to likewise gain the abilities to succeed in Agel?
Do you want your team members to be more profitable, more quickly? Do you in fact wish to lead a team of empowered individuals to great and lasting success? If so, I now offer to you a precious key. We all have limiting beliefs, limiting behaviors and limiting habits. Some, we are painfully aware of. Others seem to be hidden. If I promised you that “Go Diamond” would help you begin to move past obstacles which have long prevented dramatic success in various parts of your life… would you act on it? NOW? I do make that promise!
Go Diamond San Diego will prove to be a pivotal event in Agel’s global development. Of that, I am certain. Leadership hierarchies are now being created which will see the largest checks ever in our industry. I SO want YOU to an important part of that hierarchy!
Are you willing to be coached? Can you accept the fact that I, Eric Worre, Randy Gage and others who will participate, coach and train have lived this life at a very high level, and that WE know that you should be there, whether or not YOU know it?
