Agel EU Letter to Agel Team Leaders in Europe
Here’s today’s letter to all Agel European Team Leaders from Paul Eddington.

Team Leaders in Europe, we appreciate your help spreading the news about Agel. We have come far since the announcement at Agel World last month. Our numbers are growing every day and Europe continues to rise in enrollments during its second month. That is a tribute to all of you and the great work you are doing. Especially under some trying and difficult pre-opening conditions.
Have you noticed that the beauty of the Agel products is their universal appeal? The concept of Suspension Gel Technology transcends differences in languages, cultures, and nationalities.
We now have Team Members in all 20 European Union Countries currently open as well as the other 17 countries around the world. Kyle Copeland, Agel’s Chief Financial Officer is visiting Italy, France, and Turkey this week to assess our progress towards opening those countries. Although we are still very young, Agel is growing everyday.
Today’s letter addresses the timely European topics of Customer Service, the Foreign Exchange Rate, Banking, European Travel Schedule, Resent Orders, and Marketing Materials in the EU.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Customer Service has installed a call center tracking software that tracks all incoming phone calls to customer service. We are watching closely to see which markets are making the most calls and where we have the greatest need. I would love to see Customer Service answering European phone calls everyday so we can justify bringing in more foreign speaking customer service agents.
NEW PHONE NUMBERS - All Customer Service is handled at corporate headquarters. To reach that service, Europeans have been asked to dial a United States phone number. Agel now has a dedicated phone line and another dedicated fax line in Europe. These numbers are forwarded to Customer Service in the US at no extra charge to the user. We are just waiting for the European phone company to active the lines.

EUROPEAN EXCHANGE RATE - Agel has set the cost of its goods in US Dollars. From that set cost, Agel uses the currency exchange rate to set the Foreign Currency Equivalent. Right now, when Agel charges a Team Members credit card, we charge the US Dollar amount as that is the only currency our processing company can charge. That means Team Members are subject to the credit card company’s foreign currency exchange rate on that day. Agel has no control over that part of the exchange. Because of currency fluctuations, the amount we charge today will never be exactly the same as the Foreign Currency Equivalent we are advertising. This is why some Team Members are upset. The only real solution to this is the one that we have taken by engaging a new processing company. That company is called Paymentech. Unfortunately, this has taken much longer than anticipated to implement. With Paymentech, Agel will be able to charge Europeans in Euros and Pounds Sterling and the amount advertised in the back office and the amount actually charged will match.
Until that solution is available, we are creating an invoice that will show the US Dollar amount charged along- side the equivalent amount in Euros and Pounds.

MARKETING MATERIALS - European Marketing materials are top priority here at Agel. Watch for Audio CDs to be sent to all European Team Members in the next week or two. The Agel Starter Kit and Choosing Success Magazines are being translated and prepared for the European Market.
EXO and MIN - The European formulas for both Agel EXO and MIN have been finalized and production will begin in November.
