Agel’s Run with the Horses Promotion
Hello Agel World Team!
Just a quick note to remind you about the 2006 Agel’s “Run with the Horses” promotion. The Agel promotion goes from Sept. 1, 2006, to Dec. 31, 2006 and includes the two of the following prizes for qualifying winners:
1. Agel team member(s) to develop at least five personally enrolled, newly promoted managers during the course of the promotion will receive $USD 2000.
2. The team member to develop the most personally enrolled, newly promoted managers during the course of the promotion will be awarded a 2007 Ford Mustang. The winner may select a convertible or hardtop in the color of their choosing.
Promotion Rules:
- Promotion duration: Sept. 1 through Dec. 31.
- The promotion will be measured based on the number of personally sponsored Agel team members who achieve manager status or higher for the first time between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31, 2006.
- All sponsored Agel team members who are not managers or above as of Sept. 1, as well as all newly sponsored team members after Sept. 1, can be counted toward the promotion.
- The $2000 cash bonus will only be paid for the first five personally sponsored managers (PSM) during the promotion window. It will not be paid out for every five PSMs. (If you have 10 or more PSMs you will still only receive $2000.)
- Five qualifying PSMs must be at manager rank (2,000 CV in their lesser leg) during the month of December in order to qualify for the $2000. To clarify: a team member may qualify for the first time in September and then qualify again in December and have the manager rank, but still only have 1800 CV in their lesser leg for that month. In that case, or a similar case, they would not count as a PSM.
- In addition to the $2000 cash bonus, Agel will give away one new Mustang to the team member with the most PSMs during the promotion period.
- The Mustang that will be given to the winner is the base V6 model. The winner may select a convertible or hardtop in the color of their choosing. Sales tax and income tax for the prize will be paid. The total prize maximum will not exceed $30,000.
- The $2000 cash bonus prizes and the Mustang will be awarded at the “Go Diamond” event in February 2007.
- In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected based on the volume of the lesser leg generated in the organizations of the qualifying PSMs.
