Paul here. Well, it finally happened. Randy Schroeder and Randy Gage both beat me to Triple Diamond. And, I love it. What a great business. This is just more validation of the fairness and stability of our Agel business model. Just because I sit on top of the entire worldwide organization does not mean that I make the biggest check. In fact, mine is only the 4th largest in the company. It is a great thing having such excellent people in this business and I am thankful to all of you that work hard each day to build your Agel business.
I think that it is terrific that the two Randy’s have achieved this major success. But, you know what? I am more jazzed about something else that I see when I log into my back office. Since I get to see the entire world organization I get to see all of the rank advancements from everywhere on the bottom left scrolling through. What excites me most is that I continue to see more and more (and we are talking dozens more each month) people achieving that all important Manager rank and then I see people moving the very next month to Senior Manager and on to Director. This is fantastic. The system is working for those that are working the system.
