When it comes to multi-level marketing, your downline is everything. Just having a big downline isn’t enough, however. First, seek people who have positive attitudes. Attitude counts a lot when building any business and a positive attitude is contagious. Follow up on every possible lead when you are building your downline – but know when to stop wasting time on a lead. Obviously you want to give your downline as much support as possible, and help them build their own Agel success formula, but some people really just want you to do it all for them. You cannot afford to waste your time and energy on people who won’t help themselves. That time is best spent with potential go-getters!
Realize that you have time to pick and choose your downline members. You don’t have to rush, and you don’t have to pursue people that you don’t feel are right for your downline. If you only added one member to your downline per month, and each month, each member of your downline added one new member, at the end of a year, you would have 4095 downline members.
That is a staggering number – and it was created one member at a time. What this means is that you literally have 30 days to find and work closely with a new downline member, ensuring their Agel success and adding to your own, before you need to find another new downline member.
Patience is the key to Agel success as well. Too often people fail at multi-level marketing simply because they are in a hurry to get rich. All businesses take time to grow and become profitable. For this reason, look for potential downline members that already have a steady income to rely on, but that also have a burning desire to have their own business.
Let those potential downline members know that it takes time to build a successful business. Ask them to work at their businesses, under your sponsorship, for a minimum of one year, adding one new member per month, and you will both enjoy a great deal of Agel Success, and join the Gel Diamonds within that year.
