Tara & I chose to issue this special edition of “Agel Universe” to fully emphasize the importance that we place upon the closing of the August commission month. The AgelWorld convention is now literally upon us. You have heard me teaching for the past weeks that I consider the space in time between now and December to be the completion of the birthing phase of Agel. Leadership hierarchies are now being established in Agel which will likely remain constant throughout the future of this great company.
I simply cannot overstate the importance of you being among those who become eligible to be included in that leadership hierarchy!
How can you make that a reality… today? By making a quick check of your business structure and doing whatever is required to achieve the next possible rank advancement THIS MONTH!
“But Randy”, you say… ”the month is effectively over”. NOT!!
As I reviewed our organizational structure late last night, it was evident to me that MANY of you have rank advancement possibilities which are so very close! Dozens of you are within a single new enrollment of attaining the rank of Manager. Similar numbers are but 1 new enrollment and Executive order away from gaining senior Manager status. There a few of you who, with a little extra effort can even gain Director status in August. I now extend my personal invitation to you to take the required action to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
You will be SO GLAD that you did it, when in attendance at AgelWorld, you are able to reflect with satisfaction on the reality of your choice to LEAP into the conference (some will limp).
I have found myself being completely energized by the anticipation AgelWorld and am so enthusiastic about the special pre conference event that will conducted by the AgelUniverseGroup leadership. Those of you who take the initiative NOW and achieve rank advancement as we close this August month will enjoy special recognition during our conference (a surprise benefit… don’t miss it).
Now, I realize that it is 1 thing to say “gain rank advancement”, it is yet another to provide an opportunity to help you make it happen.
Tomorrow night, Thursday 8-31- 2006, I will conduct a final, online business presentation designed to be a “concluding point”. I will conduct the session at www.ageluniversegroup.ivocalize.net at 9:30PM EST. Participants in the conference will not need a password, simply log in with your name.
While I am always careful to make each presentation at least somewhat effective for a candidate at any state of evaluation, this presentation will be tailored specifically for those who have already received information in some format.
This will also be an effective discussion for anyone who has joined the business, but not understanding the importance of order entry entered the business at a lower level than is appropriate for his or her situation and goal set.
