There is a lot of talk about Agel World coming up. The “big event” that we all must get to. Well… you say.. why? What is so wonderful about it?
I have heard Worre and Gage talk about building to events but that is just to amp up their own pay checks. That is what I said last year about Chicago. Randy said and I quote “those of you that have 20 people in Chicago will be on your way to financial freedom with Agel.”
Randy is a friend so like a good pal I had to prove him wrong. Billy and I set out just to do that. But we had to actually give it a genuine try and follow the system for a full year with our honest efforts in order to say “You’re wrong Gage.”
We had over 20 people there and the event was incredible (contrary to my skepticism upon arrival). Gage, Worre and Schroeder all took the panel each with a different personality (some of them with multiple). It was phenomenal to see three superstars teach and have different perspectives. It was hard for anyone not to find one of them to connect with. The teaching was phenomenal and we left with a little more belief in the fact that we could do this thing if we actually applied the success steps.
A few months went by and the next event came. The launch was in Orlando and we started to understand what building to an event really meant. This time we had to approach it a bit different. When we came out of Chicago a few people were pumped but they had no momentum going into it so they had to start fresh coming out. A few could not handle not being rich tomorrow and went into the witness protection program a week after they told us no matter what they would be Diamond next year. We did not want this to happen for our people going into the Launch so we better prepared our people for the Launch.
We needed to listen to RG, EW, and RS and build momentum going in so when we came out we had people to already run with!
We pushed the group to really be there and learn more and more from the builders of Agel. Some incredible stories were told and nuts and bolts were given out left and right. Our team went in with about 40 people and came out hungry… the next month we went Regional with all of the momentum. The event created tons of momentum for us personally and our team as a whole. We were starting to understand what these three crazed animals were telling us up there about building to success.
The next event came and we were on fire to get people to the leadership retreat..same thing.. powerful things happened because of the momentum going in and coming out. We went Senior Director and created a whirl wind of momentum. Our people began to learn to build to each event…to try to break a new rank every event. By bringing people to the events you will create that belief and excitement and your rank will absolutely advance. Here is catch…. you have to bring people with you!
Why do I say all of this, you ask?
I say this because Billy and I have been successful by building to events. We have never had network marketing success before. We have had to learn to trust some of these guys who are successful the hard way at times (by falling on our faces and then believing them). If you want to build your business strong you must get people over the line. They will see the power of the company and the foundation of solid people that are represented by Agel corporate. There will be break out training sessions and stories that will touch you in a different way. There will be product release and news on the new countries that will be opening. IT WILL BE THE FIRST EVER Agel World launch. Can you imagine being at the first World Amway event? Those people were so lucky to be in at that time. Well that is where you are right now. One day people will say if only I could have been around at the beginning of that multi-billion dollar company. I would give an arm and a leg. THAT IS WHERE YOU ARE.
Agel world will change your business if you allow it to. If you don’t go… iI guess you will just never know. There is nothing else to say about that.
Fact: Not one Senior Director or above has not been to every event. Would you like to be in their shoes right now?
Question: Where do you want to be a year from now?
If the answer is further in your Agel business than AGEL WORLD is a MUST.

BTW — It’s now been a year and I am still trying to prove Gage wrong. Right now he is up 1-0. That 1-0 has put Billy and I into the well over 6-figure a year residual income range. Who knew losing could be so wonderful.
