Hi Guys,
I just wanted to let each of you know that we recently lost two of our new team members. For entirely different and unrelated reasons, Yoannick Ysebaert and Gary Bacigalupi decided to quit and cancil their Team Memberships. Casualties of “The Jungle”!!!
I had GREAT hope for each of these fine gentlemen… but it is not to be!
Although I’m saddened at their departure… I/we must have the attitude of “Onward and Upward!”
As each of you will experience the ebb and flow of this business…also known as…the Expansion and Contraction of the same…it can be very frustrating! But know that it is also totally normal!
This business is a process of finding people whose timing is just right. Then from those individuals finding and working with the ones who really “want it” badly and are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. I/we cannot force the rest to partake of the great rewards associated with AGEL and this type of business.
SO…I’ve shaken this off and have resolved to move faster, work harder and be even more urgent with our FANTASTIC message!!! Our present and future are magnificantly bright!!!
